Booking Terms & Cancellation Policies

Payments

Each reservation requires a non-refundable upfront deposit to confirm your slot. This payment is deducted from your final balance on the day of your aesthetic treatment.

CHANGE OF PLANS & RESCHEDULING

I request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for modifications. Failure to attend or late cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the booking cost. Note: Groupon vouchers serve as non-refundable credits; a 24-hour notice is mandatory to avoid voucher forfeiture.

LATE POLICY

Tardiness exceeding 10 minutes may result in a modified treatment time or rescheduling to ensure we stay on track. The entire service fee will remain applicable.

MINOR POLICY & SAFETY

Clients under eighteen years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian during their first appointment to provide necessary authorization. Our studio is dedicated to offering a protected and comfortable environment where every young client can receive high-quality aesthetic care with proper parental oversight.

CODE OF CONDUCT

At Alyshas Aesthetics, we maintain a strictly professional and secure atmosphere for all clients and our staff. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment. Any inappropriate behavior, suggestive comments, or disrespectful gestures from a client or their guest will lead to the immediate termination of the appointment. Under these circumstances, the full service fee remains payable, and no refunds will be given.
